Artist Alley General Information

Located in room 313 A/B/C (O'ahu Room) on the 3rd floor of the Hawai'i Convention Center, Artist Alley offers an area where artists can display and sell their own original artwork and handmade creations.

Thursday 
5pm-9pm: Vendor check-in and setup (Artist Alley vendors only) 
5pm-9pm: Art Auction Registration and Drop off 

Friday 
9am-10am: Vendor setup (Artist Alley vendors only) 
10am: Artist Alley OPEN to all attendees. 
10-11am: Art Auction Registration and Drop off.  Art pieces not accepted after 11am.
12 noon: Silent Auction: Opens 
10pm: Artist Alley CLOSED to all attendees.
10-10:30pm: Vendor cleanup (Artist Alley vendors only) 


Saturday 
9am-10am: Vendor setup (Artist Alley vendors only) 
10am: Artist Alley OPEN to all attendees. 
TBA: Live Art Auction.  Location TBA.
10pm Silent Auction: Closed 
10pm: Artist Alley CLOSED to all attendees.
10-10:30pm: Vendor cleanup (Artist Alley vendors only) 

Sunday 
9am-10am: Vendor setup (Artist Alley vendors only) 
10am: Artist Alley OPEN to all attendees. 
10am-12pm: Silent Auction: Winning Bidders purchase their pieces 
12pm-1:30pm: Art Auction: Artists pick up unsold pieces and sold art payments 
2pm-4:30pm: Pre-Registration for 2013 Artist Alley 
5pm: Artist Alley CLOSED to all attendees.
5pm-6pm: Vendor breakdown (Artist Alley vendors only)

Art Competitions 

The Artist Alley Art Competitions are open to everyone. Contests will be held throughout the day, on all three days of the convention. Prizes are available to contest winners.

Silent and Live Art Auctions 

The Artist Alley Art Auction allows people to bid on artwork in the Silent Auction or view the artwork that will be sold in the Live Auction Event.

Artists and Vendors 

Artist Alley has over 90 tables of  vendors.  Visit our vendor tables to request commissioned artwork, purchase handmade crafts, or find out more about various Anime related organizations.
