Kawaii Kon Panels

Want to host a panel at Kawaii kon? Fill out this form to let us know what you'd like to do and how you're going to do it. Please provide full legal names for all participants; con names of additional panel participants may be placed in parenthesis. You will be contacted by the Event and Panel staff to let you know when your panel has been approved or if any changes are required or advised.

Please be sure to submit each panel individually; failure to do so could possibly result in the loss of being able to present your panel.

Keep in mind that we are a family organization and convention. If your panel is going to be geared for those over the age of 18, those attending must have government approved identification that includes both a picture and date of birth. Also certain 16+ events might have to be carded as well.
