Are you an inspiring artist looking for a place to promote and/or sell your own artwork? Or are you part of a group of friends who collaborate together to make your own comics? Whatever the case, Artist Alley would love to welcome you to be a part of the Artist Alley experience. Share ideas with fellow artists, get feedback from guests, and most of all experience what Kawaii Kon's Artist Alley can do for you!
Artist Alley Table Registration Instructions
Follow these steps in the proper order.

Pricing for Tables
One badge with Full Table (8' table and 4 chairs): $90
One badge with Half Table (half of an 8' table and 2 chairs): $65
If you need to purchase additional badges, you can buy them at the current convention rate via the same link.

The form is a fillable PDF. You may complete the form and save it on your harddrive. By completing this application you also confirm that you have read the rules and regulations of Artist Alley (see below).
[Step Three] After completing the application, attach it to an email addressed to: Art@kawaii-kon.org
[Step Four] Your application will be reviewed and processed. We will contact you if we have any questions or require more information. You will be informed of your table assignment and any other important information via email. Please check your email often. If your application is denied for failing to comply with the Artist Alley guidelines, we will refund your money in full.
Application Deadlines
Applications must be received by:
January 31, 2010: Priority table assignment deadline (see Table Assignment Procedures below).
March 15, 2010: FINAL deadline for refunds
April 1, 2010: FINAL deadline for table reservations.
Once tables are assigned you will receive an email containing your table assignment, a map to the room, and other information regarding your table and Artist Alley. Check your email often.
Table Assignment Procedures
If you submit BOTH your application and payment by the Priority Table Assignment date, tables will be assigned based on your indicated preferences in the order your payment was received. Priority will be given to
1) Returning vendors who pre-registered at the end of Kawaii Kon 2009
2) New vendors who pre-registered at the end of Kawaii Kon 2009
3) Returning vendors who have submitted an application and payment by the deadline
4) New vendors who have submitted an application and payment by the deadline
After the Priority Table Assignment date, tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, upon receipt of both your payment and application.
All applications/payments received no later than the final application deadline are guaranteed a table assignment in Artist Alley.
