Kawaii Kon

Hi, I'm all set to volunteer next year (2012), and just had a question about Thursday's meeting;
What would the time frame be?
I'm planning on entering the Cosplay Theater, and was just wondering about being able to do the whatever it's called on Thursday for it. (Too tired to remember OTL)
