Commisioning Sprites for VN games

I'm interested in commissioning sprites for game development. I want to commission the works in Artist Alley at Kawaii-kon this year, I would like to find out how who would be interested in performing work of this type, how much they would charge, and what kind of time frame they expect.

The sprites will consist of hand drawn and inked 3/4 portraits with approximately eight emotion sets that will be specified, approximately 10 inches by 6 inches. The sprites will be of original characters. I will provide photographs of mannequins or other models with reference poses along with descriptions and other reference material. I plan to use the sprites in visual novel game engines and should fit the style, however I may be interested in other drawing styles on a case by case basis.

The commission will be performed as a work for hire, I will have sole rights to the completed pieces.
