SUNDAY! --- Meet up is at 1pm about~! BUT I will be around and about to explain that at 11, so you folks WILL NOT be ditched. I APOLOGIZE GREATLY ABOUT MY MIX UP. I was rushing a bit when updating this

I'm not sure if a little gathering would be done on SUNDAY! BUT! I would LOVE to gather all the cosplayers and welcome anyone who just want to join us if at all possible!

It would take FOREVER and a half for me to list EVERY SINGLE LITTLE CHARACTER in the game so I'll go for the main ones I can pull at the top of my head. >u< [X] means someone is cosplaying that character and will be attending. No, no I'm not gonna have a stick rammed up my butt and say only one cosplayer per character...that'd be an extremely stupid criteria if you ask me.

Since the CONVENTION CENTER won't allow us to bring in catering and snack away over there, why not go weird out some people at the mall and get a bite to eat THEN drop by Gamestop for the biggest invasion they can hope to imagine of cosplayers?

My head hurts a bit and I know for a fact I'm missing lots and LOOOOOTS of characters but I'm incredibly sleepy and just wanna get this list up to see if I can pique anyone's interest on this. I'll update and add more as people post n' such :3 I'm sorry...I really am a lazy butt....

ALSO YES. I WOULDN'T MIND TURNING THIS INTO A SURVIVAL HORROR MEET UP EITHER THAT'D BE INCREDIBLY AWESOME TOO! But again :3 anyone and everyone is welcome to drift on by for hang outage. This will probably take place Sunday morningish afternoonish (Specific time later) <3 encouraging and trying to rally up the cosplayers who wanna try getting a group together that have always wanted to have a nice chunk of the cast ^u^ lurk & feel free to throw ideas out there C: I'm also gonna suggest if we do a photoshoot thing that we encourage sharing photos on here when possible :3 that always seems to be such a pain in the butt <___<; BUT YES! I am looking forward to this! <3

...I've never organized a meet up at kawaii kon...so yeah <x<; suggestions are awesome if you feel there could be some xD

PLEASE NOTE----> My friends and I are going to be doing both FRIDAY and SUNDAY for sure as RE characters. Right now I'm planning the group for Sunday but for those of you who wanna do a group on Friday as well, I am more than happy to keep you in the loop!

The pot luck thing might become a problem. The steampunk group did a tea party pot luck style thing and we were asked to leave the convention center grounds. Not supposed to bring in outside food as the person put it when we got asked to move. But we had a lot of stuff too. Just something to keep in mind.

xD I have another idea but I dunno if anyone would be game for it just cause I think it would be epic to have a bunch of video game character cosplayers travel to Gamestop then go to the food court. My friend and I are probably gonna wind up doing on our own at some point as a cheap form of amusement XD

YAY! Brad Vickers! This is just gonna be way too fun! Also, I know for a fact that TWO days will have Resident Evil cosplayers (More than just me) C: Friday and Sunday. Just in case people would like to do both days, figured I'd throw that out there. Thus far though I think it would be fun to rally up before the zombie march and then after as well for a bit. If anyone wants to plan a group up for Friday as well, then lemme know and I'm gonna be more than happy to keep you in the loop! C:

I've never done an RE cosplay before....well, there was that one time I went as Chris Redfield for Halloween a few years back, but never at a convention. With the new RE game coming out, I want to try either Vector (1st choice) or Spectre. It would be great if we have all 4 members of the USS.

vengeance -> RE cosplay is fun C: and I know my friend is going as Bertha or at least she really wants to and my other friend will be hoping to work on and finish Beltway so you may very well have two others :3 I'm still trying to figure out if she's going to use her Bertha or Claire cosplay for Zombie March/Walk day. HOWEVER I know she'll be doing Bertha on Friday evening for sure

Of course! :3 It would be kinda sad if I cosplayed any variation of RE1 Jill and didn't even know Brad is the one who dropped off one of her signature weapons to make meat chunk fireworks XD ! I lift heavy stuff at work kinda frequently so if you bring it and need a break carrying it, I'll help when possible :3 !

Just had a hilarious thought xD getting the best gift ever in the zombie march...ooooh geeze it'd be epic if we had a Nemesis or Tyrant too among all this awesomeness <u<

Not sure who Hunk really is, aside from his appearance in RE 4's Mercenaries mini game, but I do have a gas mask, helmet, and a tactical vest. Sign me up?

EDIT:
I don't seem to have a custom made TMP on hand nor do I foresee myself investing in one... Would anyone be adverse if I made the Red RPG Launcher from RE 4 instead?

Nah we won't hold it against you. Of all the HUNK cosplays I've seen at Kawaii kon and the net not many have the TMP. It's a tricky weapon to find. Also very nice choice in doing HUNK. He's one of my favorite characters. Despite he has such a small appearance in the game.

Ah good news I did some research and found some of the other weapons he uses in the RE series. I believe he has this load out in RE2. If someone would like to correct me please do.

Umm load out looks like he has a MP5A3, HK VP70, Remington M1100-P and IMI Desert Eagle .50 AE. So you got of a variety to choose from.

Soooo E3 had just rolled in recently and I saw the new Resident Evil game. Ahhhhh yyyyeeeeaaahhh it looked freakin awesome. In light of this I got inspired to try and do one of those new Umbrella Spec Op soldiers. My main one will still be the Merchant but if I can pull it off I'll be doing that instead.

If I wasn't going as Jill I'd totally go as a zombie like I did that other year...but I was dolled up in lolita and carrying a horse doll XD !!!

I think my friends and I are either gonna stay another day in Oahu or just take a later flight out so we can stay longer to chillax and such.

Oye there, since this shoot also has an invite for anyone who is cosplaying a character that is related to the theme, I have interest in joining up with you all, but not quite sure at this time, being it is still early on right at this moment. The really tight on the schedule for me will be Sunday, I'm thinking if I can change out/ do the ol' switcharoo in getting prepared for any next event in time that I may have signed up for... such as the Cosplay theater, and the Animega Mix Dance Off, or any one... but we'll see how it goes from here...

Want to do a Zombie dude, but that might take too much time to put together for this, or just be an RE participant, a nameless individual, one of the human defenders who is armed to the teeth, militia, or civilian... probably... a cast member from the epic Television series, The Walking Dead, perhaps?

Not quite a scary or hardcore pic of this cast, but just a suggestion, if I may think about coming as one of them... my best choice of characters selection?

Rick Grimes, the troubled, yet fierce law enforcer familyman?...

... or Shane Walsh... fellow loyal lawman but is going off on the deep end, who wouldn't hesitate fragging you and stealing your wife?

Looks like I'm throwing in another loop into this thread... don't mean to change it if that what it looks like, but since this is all about the apocalypse, zombies, human survival, redeemption, the world going to pot, etc, I suppose I could mention another zombie epic, where zombies are called "WALKERS"?

Saw THE WALKING DEAD Sunday night, and I gotta tell you... the ending climatic, grand finale scene of season 2, episode 7, was AWESOMELY EPIC. A real shocker... envoking anger and disbelief, as well heart-breaking sadness, and grave disappointment... the first ever zombie-based comic book/movie/ series/story to have a heart... even though it's antagonists rather eat the one you already have... :shock:

So...please don't whack me should I decide to cosplay as one of the characters from that series... maybe not, but I am too much lured as to this show like "Walker Bait"...

Well, no more new epis of TWD until Feburary or March 2012 (already I'm getting zombie show withdraws)... reruns are gonna havta do for now... BTW, this is mid season, but the final for 2011. There is 6 more epis of season 2 that continues into 2012, alas, there will be a long winter break... darn the holiday season! JJK... Hey im colayums bro anyway i was woundering if vector is being considered im all for him i can pull out anything needed im reserching what vector needs visiting all military surpluses and looking at all the gear i gota buy im all for getting it all anyway i was just gonna let yall know i can do the vector uniform

also i have thing is people are still looking for mr x i have a trench coat tan like his if you need i can let you borrow and a tactical shoulder vest for a jill if anyones gonna be the re3 version um and i gotta still look

Hey, I hate to throw this out there, but my friend and I are going to have to drop the RE stuff. I felt bad because I would be the only Rebecca, but since there's another Rebecca I feel a bit better. After a very bad experience last year neither of us wanted to cosplay again at KK, and I don't think we've gotten over what happened. :/ Sorry, but I hope to see some of you out there being awesome and rocking the RE cosplay.

I so want to be a GREASY, SLIMY, PUKE-UGLY SMELLY (well... not really smelly), ZOMBIE/ WALKER SO WESKER DON'T HAVTA SAY YOU SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT MORE... but my plates' getting too full for the Kon... though I should be able to drop by, at least... if my cos is ready up right after an event, I should show face with everyone, so I'll do my darnest!

I'm looking at a Vector as well but not until after Kon, his stuff costs a ton of cash and I want every detail down to the dot, heck even the camouflage if possible.
