DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 1, 2012. All submissions are time stamped so entries after this time will not be accepted.

Want to host a panel at KawaiiKon? Fill out this form to let us know what you'd like to do and how you're going to do it. It's both fun and free! Please provide full legal names for all participants; con names of additional panel participants may be placed in parenthesis. You will be contacted by the Event and Panel staff to let you know when your panel has been approved or if any changes are required or advised.
Please be sure to submit each panel individually; failure to do so could possibly result in the loss of being able to present your panel. Keep in mind that we are a family organization and convention. If your panel is going to be geared for those over the age of 18, those attending must have government approved identification that includes both a picture and date of birth. Also certain 16+ events might have to be carded as well.

Want to obtain a free pass to KawaiiKon 2012? Then sign up for our 3 for 3 special! Host three hours worth of panels and you (and one of your co-hosts, if eligible**) could be eligible for a three-day pass! You must fill the entire three hours of panels you sign up for in order to retain your badge. Failure to do so will result in loss of pass/passes, and said passes can be revoked at the discretion of the KawaiiKon event staff. **Co-hosts must host alongside with you for all three hours. They must be actively hosting the panel as well. No "supporters".

If you are using a laptop in your panel/event, please ensure that you check what type of laptop you are bringing. Failure to specify may render your laptop unusable for your panel/event.

WOW!!! You guys are amazing, I just started to put together a preliminary schedule here and boy it is full! I have only seven, hour-slots left for Saturday and only one of those hours is a prime time hour! I just want to say thank you to all of those who contributed toward KawaiiKon 2012. Chuu~~<3

Usually I show the schedule to the panelists a month before the con. However there is a loophole. If you ask me what your status is before hand I will absolute LOVE to tell you!!
