Final Fantasy XIII-2

Postby Mitsuki » Fri Feb 10, 2012 9:04 pm

Anyone bought it or planning on getting it?

I was looking at reviews and such. And while I did like the story/gameplay of FFXIII, I don't know if I'll be picking up this title. Purely because I am unsure about the storyline. :/

I want this game so much. I don't care what others say about it, XIII was fun as hell. Although I do have to admit the storyline is pretty watered-down. But to me, everything else is amazing. They finally fixed what XIII went wrong, such as the insane linearity of the game. They also made the amazing battle system even better. From what I hear, I'm still getting it. But don't listen to me, I haven't gotten the game yet.

I had a lot of time when it came out and I beat it in a few days. I have to say that the story is interesting to say the least but I can't really comment on the quality of it. Battle system they did make a bit more interesting and slightly more complex. If you liked XIII, which I obviously did, then I suggest picking this up but casually play through it since SE is supposedly planning more DLC for this game and so you don't want to rush through it like I did. I'm not sure what else I could add to this but if you have any questions about the game, feel free to ask.

Thanks for your recommendation!

I think that you convinced me to buy it because I am a fan of the original FFXIII.

Cool! Need more people to talk about this game with. xD Like I said though, if you have anything you are concerned about before you want to pick it up just let me know and I can answer them without spoiling anything.
