Card Captor Sakura and Tsubasa Chronicle have anything to do with eachother? They both have the characters: Sakura and Syaoran in them except different ages and Card Captor Sakura has "clow cards" and Tsubasa Chronicle in in "clow country" (or something). I've watched Card Captor and just found out about Tsubasa Chronicle.

In a way yes and no. With Tsubasa CLAMP pretty makes a lot of references to their other works since they travel to different dimensions and every dimension can have numerous variations. So in a way yeah but really no. It's been a while since I've read the series but there might be small hints or references here and there but that's about it. Except that one time they actually talk about it but they made it clear that those are two different people. Similar but overall different. I just don't remember if that was in Tsubasa or XXX Holic they mentioned it.

There is a direct connection between the two but it is not as big as you would think. It happens relatively near the end and it is a somewhat important to the story. So they do actually somewhat connect to the CCS universe but for like one small scene. Tsubasa was...pretty good. In all honestly it was good up until the end. Because of the ridiculous amount of characters and the link with xxxHolic it created too many plot holes. I only read it because it had Sakura and Syaoran but in all honestly its just a whole new thing. Hence new personas for each character. (CCS Syaoran and Sakura was more colorful personality wise) Edit: The scene was more important than I remembered.
