Hi! Sorry I know this is kind of late and I'm posting in the wrong forum/topic, but if I was interested in volunteering in the cosplay cafe (for 2013), where should I go/look/do?

yes, exactly what satomihidee said - the Cosplay Cafe at Kawaii Kon is organized and run by various student groups at UH West Oahu. Contact person would be Dr Jayson Chun and he is on facebook!
