This year I wore my Joker costume and would be willing to do so again next year, but only maybe. It was kind of sad being the only circus member. XD So yeah put me down for possible Joker or pending Joker and if I see others doing a Doll, Dagger, Beast, Black, Smile, or Snake (circus version, not butler version) I'll probably happily agree to wear Joker again.

I saw your post and it made me happy since it was going to try and find you to ask if you would wear Joker again since it was talking to my Grell and Lau and my Sebastian that was a Kuma about doing the Circus group. Right now i'm stuck between either Wendy should i get my friend to be Peter or Doll.

I'll be going as PROLLY casual Grell again C: my friends REALLY wanna do Kuroshitsuji so the convinced me to bring Grell out again XD You'll MORE THAN LIKELY be able to spot me on Saturday as Grell (Seeing how I'll be Jill on Sunday...not 100% on what's going on for my fridaaaay though)

Sadly I don't think I'll be Jail-bate Ciel (A.K.A Ball gown Ciel) during the Kawaii-kon next year due to me throwing away the crappy wig that I had, and I'm not sure about buying a new one yet because I'm still gathering other items for my two other cosplays.

But you can keep me on pending for now until I have a final verdict on whether to buy a better one in the near future.

My parents had bought me the dress already and fits perfectly!!!
I asked my parents if I could do the photoshoot and they said yes!!!

This would be my first time cosplaying!!!
Something have happen to my wig T.T
I won't be able to wear the wig, but I still have the dress, but without the wig. Hopefully I save money to buy a new wig

I have to drop out of this group. Unless i find a way to make Doll in under two months with all the other stuff i need to make or if anyone wants me to do Ranmao or Robin! Ciel again. I would prefer not to do the latter since there are so many people doing the outfit already.

I'll still host the photoshoot though.

So no need to bring Joker? Though I heard another cosplayer I'm friends with is doing Joker's costume this year though that was a long time ago in a long list of other costumes. But yeah if there is no circus group happening I'll probably not wear it since I've got a lot of other costumes. Sorry!

It's been decided, since I'm buying two new cosplays I won't be going as Ball gown Ciel, I just don't want to use the extra money I have to buy a new Ciel wig with the pigtails this year, but he will possibly be coming back next year depending if I'm not cosplaying something new again with my cosplay partner in 2013 but we'll see.

But yeah, as I said before. One less Ciel for what little Sebastian's that will show up (which I hope is more than last year.) I will be popping in to say hi on what ever day you guys decide to do the photo shoot. <3

I'm gonna more than likely drop Casual!Grell (Red Reaper) as maybe since my friends who were gonna cosplay Kuroshitsuji with me aren't able to do it >: If I go through with this cosplay then I will definitely participate. Other than that...I'm a tad bit iffy on it for at least this year considering I'm tight on funds and actually need to get a new shirt for this. It dawned on me that my shirts ran away =____= so two conundrums....RADDA RADDA! DX

Since you know your way around cosplaying I was wondering if I could ask you a question, I'm looking for green low heel pumps for my Neptune cosplay do you have some ideas as to where I could possibly purchase them here on the island? I already have the option of wandering around different stores in hopes of finding them but I haven't had such luck yet, my other option is to go to the David's bridal shop and get the dye-able heels. (which is like 40$ something for a pair, and if that's my last option I'm hoping to haggle the price down. which may or may not work.)

Hm, well actually I'm not too familiar with the island, I've only been studying here for 3 semesters (this is my fourth) but I've found the Goodwill next to Toys and Joys and Kaimuki Dry Goods can sometimes have unexpected finds. Still for something that specific I'd suggest ebay. It takes patience and figuring out the right search words but you can find some great stuff for decent prices, here's some things that I managed to dig up:

Course I don't know your shoe size so I just posted up everything decent I found. You could then take any of these and buy a matching color ribbon to finish Neptune's heels. Also another thing to consider is that shoes can be painted. It may not work out as easily but depending on the material of the heel you could easily change the color to something else with enough coats. May look funny depending on the material of the shoe though. Oh yeah and if you do want to buy from the internet I suggest not putting it off, shipping to Hawaii can be a little odd and sometimes items arrive more than a week after they are supposed to. If you feel very nervous about that though just talk to the seller about express shipping.

I sadly have a fairly big shoe size 11W or 11.5 which is generally the most common, that is why it's so hard to find shoes if so many other people are purchasing them. I'm hoping not to have to buy on off ebay or other places on the internet, my feet tend to not work with all shoes in my usual size, so I want to be able to try them on first before having to buy them. Thanks for the links though, I'll just have to keep searching and use the internet as my last option. ( But I won't be doing that at the last minute. )

Though they both seem too light of a shade of green for me. The very first link is in my opinion the best but it is only a little less than the $40 shoes you were considering getting as a last resort. Sorry I'm not being much help, and I can totally understand about being picky with shoes so I won't bother you anymore with links. I do wish you good luck and recommend on top of Goodwill trying places like Ross maybe. They have shoes right? Or is it just clothes... Well yeah there is also a thrift store with some footwear near the intersection of King st and University, its like near the Down to Earth store. If you are able to transport easily maybe also try the Salvation army. Another thing might be checking out Party City to see if they have any cheapo costume shoes that would work though I can't imagine they would. Usually they have stuff more like ruby slippers and go go boots. Hm, hm, hm... Other than going to various shoe stores I can't think of anywhere else you could go for cheap shoes. Sorry.

My friend is super in love with Snake so when i mentioned doing Doll's outfit i was asked if they could be Snake for me. I love Circus Arc. I might be able to get a Will in his circus outfit as well or was it Seb's outfit they wanted to do @.@ oh well either way there will be Snake and Doll after kon hopefully.
