Vendors

Currently all booths are sold out. Please email dealers@kawaii-kon.org if you wish to be put on a waitling list.

Booth space first became available to our 2009 vendors, immediately at the conclusion of our 2009 show-  those vendors were offered a special opportunity to reserve their spaces early, provided they were willing to pay in full at that time.  As promised, no additional spaces have been sold in the meantime, to give everyone a fair chance at the remaining booths.

The remaining booths are now available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Once you have indicated you would like to reserve a space(s), you have 1 week to deliver payment in full.  If payment is not received within one week of the reservation, then the space will then become available once again.

A single vendor is limited to 5 booths.  If you have any questions, please refer to the contract or e-mail dealers@kawaii-kon.org.
