We will be taking applications starting December 1st at 10:00am HST. First come first serve. Please look at the layout and indicate your top 3 options. Email these options to dealers@kawaii-kon.org. You will have one week to submit payment via paypal or postal mail. After one week, your spot will open up again.
Booth space first became available to our 2011 vendors, immediately at the conclusion of our 2011 show- those vendors were offered a special opportunity to reserve their spaces early, provided they were willing to pay in full at that time. As promised, no additional spaces have been sold in the meantime, to give everyone a fair chance at the remaining booths.
The remaining booths will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis starting Thursday December 1, 2011 at 12:00pm Pacific Time (Noon). Once you have indicated you would like to reserve a space(s), you have 1 week to deliver payment in full. If payment is not received within one week of the reservation, then the space will then become available once again.
To reserve a spot please email dealers@kawaii-kon.org with the space(s) requested and a completed contract. If your requested space is already filled, we will accommodate you as best as possible. Any reserves before Thursday at noon will not be processed.
A single vendor is limited to 4 booths. If you have any questions, please refer to the contract or e-maildealers@kawaii-kon.org.
We will post an updated version of the layout Thursday morning. Blue spots are taken, white spots are available.
