Vendors

First come first serve. Please look at the layout and indicate your top 3 options. Email these options to dealers@kawaii-kon.org. You will have one week to submit payment via paypal or postal mail. After one week, your spot will open up again.

To reserve a spot please email dealers@kawaii-kon.org with the space(s) requested and a completed contract. If your requested space is already filled, we will accommodate you as best as possible. Any reserves before Thursday at noon will not be processed.

A single vendor is limited to 4 booths. If you have any questions, please refer to the contract or e-maildealers@kawaii-kon.org.

We will post an updated version of the layout Thursday morning. Pink spots are taken, white spots are available.
